Professional guidelines for secret shoppers.

I will not discuss, duplicate, exchange, or divulge information relating to Prime Contact, its clients, potential clients, any assignment, or potential assignment to anyone without prior written consent from Prime Contact.

I will not discuss details of any shopping assignment, evaluation or survey techniques, methodology, or results with anyone other than Prime Contact before, during, or after the assignment.

As a trusted participant in the shopping process, I agree not to discuss with anyone my assignment, whether it be in live conversations, written communication, online, in chat rooms, or in any other manner.

I may forfeit compensation for an assignment if my behavior before, during, or after the assignment is so obvious that the individuals under observation become aware of me observing them, or if my actions or disclosures let others the know reason I am there.

I agree not to accept an assignment in which myself, a close friend or relative works in the industry or line of business being observed. I will immediately make my Participant Coach aware of the potential conflict of interest and ask not to be considered for that particular assignment or future assignments for that business.

I understand that any infraction of any part of this agreement may cause Prime Contact to violate its confidentiality agreements with its clients, or to lose credibility, anonymity or future business, and may result in civil action. I will take seriously the confidentiality provisions stated above.
